BreezyNotes EHR, Inc. DBA “BreezyBilling” (“we” or “us”) strives to protect the privacy of guests visiting the website (the “Site”) and using the Service. This Privacy Policy explains: (a) what information is gathered when using the Site; (b) how that information is used; and (c) how it is safeguarded.

By using the Site, you acknowledge understanding and agreeing to these terms.

Information Collection

The Site collects three categories of information:

Personal InformationIncludes identifiable data such as names, email addresses, mailing addresses, phone numbers, employers, age, gender, dates of birth, and PHI (Protected Health Information).
Non-Personally Identifiable InformationAutomatically collected, including IP addresses, domain names, geographical location, browser types, operating systems, search requests, and device types. Website traffic data encompasses previous referral sites, visit dates/times, duration on site, specific pages visited, and clicked hyperlinks. This aggregate data is used for content personalization, site diagnostics, and statistical analysis.
Protected Health Information (PHI)PHI shared through the Site or Service receives protections under HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) and the HITECH Act.

The organization makes commercially reasonable efforts to protect your Personal Information. However, no internet transmission is guaranteed 100% secure, and users provide information at their own risk.

Children’s Privacy

The Site does not target children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. Parents discovering their child submitted information without permission may request removal by emailing info@breezynotes.com with relevant details.

California Privacy Rights

California residents may request under Civil Code Section 1798.83: (a) lists of third parties receiving Personal Information disclosures for direct marketing within the past year; and (b) descriptions of disclosed Personal Information categories. Requests should be emailed to info@breezynotes.com.

Third-Party Websites and Social Media

The organization is not responsible for third-party website content. Social media features (Facebook, X buttons) may record browsing information regardless of interaction. These features are governed by respective social media company privacy policies, not this Privacy Policy.

Ownership Changes

If the organization undergoes merger, acquisition, or asset sale, user information transfers to the subsequent owner.

Policy Modifications

The Privacy Policy may be revised anytime through updates to this page. Continued Site use indicates acceptance of changes.

International Data Processing

All users, including EU member state residents, consent to collection and processing of Personal Information in the United States or territories outside it, acknowledging that protection levels may differ from EU requirements.
