Primary Responsibilities

The Billing Services Coordinator serves as the central point of client contact, managing:

  • Eligibility verification and benefits data entry in BreezyNotes EHR
  • Follow-up communications regarding payment posting issues
  • Coordination with billing subcontractors on claim questions
  • Monthly account review scheduling and leadership
  • Invoice submission on behalf of clients
  • Issue identification during monthly audits

Required Qualifications

  • Three years mental health administrative experience
  • Preferably one year healthcare billing experience
  • Electronic health records software familiarity
  • Healthcare clearinghouse experience
  • Microsoft Office and Google Workspace proficiency
  • Strong remote work time management skills

Position Details

Type: Full-time, 40 hours/week Compensation: $19.00–$23.50/hour Location: Remote (preference for Minnesota, Illinois, Indiana, Delaware, or North Carolina)
